Extroversion – Extraverts get their energy and drive from others and their external environment. Thus, being alone or in small groups can often drain their energy and drive reserves. Extraverts possess traits like being: energetic, talkative, blunt or harsh and assertive or outspoken.

Introverts are self-driven and get their energy and drive from within themselves. Thus, ensuring they set aside an adequate amount of alone time is necessary to replenish their energy and drive. Introverts possess traits like being: deep thinkers, active listeners, figurate or indirect and timid or tactful.

  • How well do you think you know yourself?

Write down how accurately did you rate yourself on the Big 5:

      OCEAN above?

100%               75%              50%              25%              0%

  • Want to determine how accurate you are?

Set aside around 10-15 minutes where you can sit in a quiet place,

without any interruptions, to take this assessment. (Dr. Brian Little)

Take the Big 5: OCEAN Assessment

  • How well did you actually know yourself?

Write down how accurate were your scores for the Big 5: OCEAN

assessment in comparison to how you originally assessed yourself?

100%               75%              50%              25%              0%

  • Now that you have rated yourself and scored your percentage of how well you know yourself, set aside around 20-30 minutes where you can sit in a quiet place, without any interruptions, to take this insightful personality test. (MBTI)

Take the Personality Test

  • Now that you've taken the personality test, write down what you learned about yourself. What did you learn about how you show up in the world in your "usual" state and how you show up in the world when you are in your "stressed" state.

ex. (usual state) I learned that ...

ex. (usual state) I'm surprised by ...

ex. (usual state) I'm disturbed by ...

ex. (stressed state) I learned that ...

ex. (stressed state) I'm surprised by ...

ex. (stressed state) I'm disturbed by ...

  • Decide what you want to keep or change from your "usual" state.

ex. (keep) I'm creative

ex. (keep) I'm persistent

ex. (change) I'm stubborn

ex. (change) I'm too laid back

  • Decide what you want to keep or change from your "stressed" state.

ex. (keep) I pause or slow down

ex. (keep) I'm consistent
